When using your mat
Our mats are designed to have more grip when wet - if you know you’re about to get sweaty, let the sweat do the work! If you’d prefer, lightly spray water on your mat before your practice for that extra support.
When cleaning your mat
Cleaning is easy - simply spray your mat with a water-based solution and wipe it down after every use. After a more powerful clean? While our cork mats require gentle TLC, our microfibre mats are washing machine safe - use a cold, delicate wash coupled with a gentle detergent for the best result. Either way, leave it to air dry or pat dry with a clean towel.
